Crossing the Tyne
Completed in 1674, this lovely stone bridge is 146 metres long and was partially rebuilt and widened in 1881. The village of Corbridge is on the north side of the river and has an ancient church, St Andrew’s and a vicar’s pele, a defensive dwelling in this once troubled region.

Solitaire

Take what’s wrong, and make it go right
Weave it like a prayer
Wonder if you you’ll spend the night
Playing solitaire?

Jamie Foulds – Before and After
Something a bit different this time……some pictures of recording engineer extraordinaire – my good friend Jamie Foulds.
The first shot was taken around the time we started working on a couple of music projects last September. Jamie calls this his ‘hit-man look’! The work involved long hours and yes, some of it was a bit stressful at times.

Just how stressful was it? In this second shot, taken at the end of the second project you may notice some differences…..

As you can see, however, he has not lost his sense of humour…………and with a bit of luck we will be able to work together again soon.
